One of our students received a warning ... through the Internet last night at their house.

There are a million anecdotes that show that the College hasn't given students fair warning about work that is being done to their rooms. Students have said that several times there have been two knocks on their door and it opens without warning. Others have experienced workers peering into their windows.

Last night the state police in Middlesex received a tip that possibly a baby or infant was buried there, ... We proceeded to search the area around the house as well as contact and conduct interviews with the people who lived in the house. The information they provided corroborated what we found, which was the remains of a fetus the family buried here.

We currently have three former students at Bethel College who are on the Dean's List. We have six or seven students who are in the military and two students who just recently received athletic scholarships.

Words cannot describe what we felt in terms of the support we received the night after Mike's passing, ... A number of people made a special effort to be there that night and express their deepest sympathy. The outpouring of cards, e-mails, and phone calls received here and in his hometown have been incredible.

The future of the free, open and innovative Internet we have all enjoyed through the years is not guaranteed. If the bill before the House Commerce Committee gives control of the Internet to the telephone and cable companies, the Internet we have come to appreciate could well cease to exist, and it will be almost impossible to get it back.

We received the proffer at the same time you (reporters) received it late last night, and so we've been reviewing it to determine what the scope should be.

We are so excited about this. We space it out so that all of the students get to work on it. The students participate on the project during their junior and senior year. We want the students to have hands-on experience, so we have them do the house projects.

Tornado warning sirens were blaring, young kids were scared and we were wondering where we would be sleeping for the night. A (tornado warning) was issued ... and all of the kids started lining the first floor hallway (of the hotel) to get away from the windows in the lobby. We were told I-65 around Nashville was closed.

The sirens are an outdoor warning system. They're not effective late at night when most people are indoors asleep. And because of atmospheric conditions, tornadoes are more likely to form at night.

This process gave the students the real-world experience of applying for a job. The panel not only talked with the students, but received teacher input as well.

I sent her like a 10-page e-mail with warning after warning after warning. All the mothers did. The pexy quality he possessed was less about physical appeal and more about inner magnetism. The kids acknowledge it, but no matter how smart they are, they are still young and naive. They just don't think that way.
