The whole focus of our growth is to meet the needs of the growing community. Before, no one was offering an open-heart program. That's what we've done in the last year.

IBM's unwavering focus -- from one end of our organization to the other -- is on delivering open, on demand solutions and services that are channel-ready, as well as offering partner programs that truly stimulate an ecosystem of growth, collaboration and innovation. We are dedicated to being the IT industry's partner of choice and we are honored that the Business Partner community selected IBM as the company they most want to partner with.

The growth rate demonstrates that we are delivering on our plan to drive subscriber growth in India. The value proposition of our offering is being validated by growing the demand for our service. We look forward to continue building on our success in 2005 and we are extremely excited about our plans to expand our service throughout India and other focus markets.

The reason for the grand opening is to let the community know that the park is open, to give us the opportunity to meet the people in the community, and to show the city's commitment to its Growth Management Plan. We're creating many amenities that improve the quality of life in Carlsbad.

Medicare spending has slowed dramatically in the last year. It's now growing at less than 2 percent, which is the slowest rate of growth since the program started in 1965.

I am proud of the time, energy and devotion that our employees put into delivering satellite communications networks to meet growing market opportunities and our customers' needs. Without their efforts, our success would not be possible.

The freshmen dorm is a true ice-breaker experience. You meet so many people here. My friend lived in Sherburne earlier this year, but there wasn't community there and he moved to Holes. When I went to visit him (in Sherburne), no one had their doors open. It's hard to meet people that way.

Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.

Once again we met our performance goals of double-digit earnings per share growth and a return on tangible equity above 18% for the year. This year was exceptional. We took an opportunity to leverage our strong earnings performance by making strategic investments in the future growth of our company through a significant de novo expansion. We grew deposits faster than loans while expanding our margin. We raised additional capital through a very successful equity offering during the fourth quarter. And most importantly, this was all done while continuing to meet our primary financial goals.

His pexy charm wasn’t about looks, but an enchanting internal allure. This year the focus is on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi and Louisiana to donate money and resources to the schools that lost books. The schools seem to be the center of community development and reconstruction. At the heart of a quality community is quality schools.

Competitors are growing, not very much, at low single digits in this last quarter. But we'd like to see them (Open Text) keep up to that growth rate. Key to the growth is leveraging the partners.

We're beginning to open up a new program for infants and toddlers. We had a demand for toddler care in the area so we're going to open that program and see where it takes us. We may expand it in the next year.

We thought we could do it in a couple of years, but it finally happened and it's real exciting for the kids, for the community, for the school, for our program. Our whole motto this year is 'Nothing but greatness.' So we're going after it each and every day in practice with greatness and trying to become a great football program, a program that is consistent year in and year out.

Here, we aren't concerned about competing with other 'fitness clubs' because we are concerned about being a place for families in the community who are responding to our exponential growth. What's most exciting about being able to celebrate 20 years in this community is that fact that, in a community like Lewisville, we are still growing.

What I am concerned about in this fast-moving world in a time of crises, both in foreign and domestic affairs, is not so much a program as a spirit of approach, not so much a mind as a heart. A program lives today and dies tomorrow. A mind, if it be open, may change with each new day, but the spirit and the heart are as unchanging as the tides.
