The knee injury was a setback because he missed pitching time, but skill-wise it was not a setback.

Because of the victims, truth and justice, it would have been better if he lived to the end of the trial.

Without the Milosevic trial the court has lost the possibility of finding a conclusion to the question of who is responsible for what happened in the Balkans.
