I'm not happy at ordsprog

I'm not happy at all. I'm still thinking about those games against USC, UCLA and Stanford. For 30 seconds after the match I was satisfied. After this interview, I'm back to work.

He was losing 2-1 in the third round and got an escape with about 15 seconds left in the match and then took him down. But that didn't matter because we needed a pin to win the match. He got him on his back and pinned him with about four seconds left.

We wanted to focus on this match first, then get back to work for Saturday's match. We were working to score as many points as we could. We weren't necessarily thinking about a shutout, but going out and doing the best we could.

UCLA are undefeated national champions and Stanford were last year's runners-up so they are definitely favored to win. Kevin is a quality striker and we're delighted to have him back. He will need a few games to get his match fitness, but we're first and foremost happy he his back on the pitch.

Considering it is early in the season, I'm pretty satisfied with my performance. My focus right now is to peak for the Commonwealth Games. I struggled in the preliminaries but I was much better in the semis and even better in the final. I'm happy with how I came back.

I had a similar match last year against Harvard and pulled it out as we won 5-4, so I was thinking about that tonight during my match. I kept saying to myself, the teams are 4-4 and this match will decide it... even though it wasn't. I like to have the pressure on me. I need the coaches to tell me that I need to win for the team to pull it out. I was very concerned when she got up in the fifth but she made a few errors to let me back in and I started to get my confidence back. I loved the loud crowd, it made me play better.

Barlow's match was tremendous. He came out and shot a double and almost took him to his back in the first 10 seconds. It was 4-0 after a blink of the eye. Brendan wrestled a smart match. He got ahead and stayed ahead.

We play good defensively for 14 seconds, and that other 10 seconds, we slip. The shot clock comes down, we don't get a rebound or we don't get help. Just little things we're not doing that we need to get back to if we want to be a good team and we want to win games.

I told Henri I wasn't happy that he didn't make it back for match but I want him fully focused and committed for the massive games we have coming up.

It was huge for James because whoever was winning, it was a huge disadvantage. If you are up a set, you are thinking about, ?what is going to happen if I win.? He was losing and he wasn?t thinking about winning at all -- he was thinking about getting back into the match. He decided we would make a couple of minor adjustments; standing a little farther back was one them. It also relaxed James.

We will just do as we have done in the last few games. We'll just treat this match as we have done the last few games. We've been outstanding since Lord's and I don't see any reason why we should change our thinking and our approach to the game.

I said all along I felt all along it would come down to the last rotation and we would have to go out and hit our floor routines exceptionally well to win the meet. This Stanford team is a great team. They just beat UCLA and they tied us two years ago at nationals.

Out top five average was 18:18 which was 42 seconds faster than last week. That's a nice improvement and I'm pretty happy with that. Our top five split was 50 seconds and our top seven was 59 seconds. Team-wise we were third in our division, but it was third overall. I thought we ran pretty well. We just got beat by a couple of good teams.

You know, when you look at the final scoreboard, you might not see that. If you watched the game and you felt the game, our guys made some strides. I am not happy and I am not satisfied with the loss, but we are going to go back to work and correct the mistakes, accentuate the positives and build off those.
