There has been no contact and I've yet to see anything from Cleveland regarding Phil. The NFL has rules that prohibit anybody from contacting an employee of another team until the season is over.

Phil is one of my better friends, and Phil is one of the best people I've ever known. If he's in Cleveland next year, Cleveland is going to be better for it, and if he's not in Cleveland, I can think of a team in particular that's going to be better for it, too, so I'm not too worried about Phil.

Such a clause will prohibit an employee who leaves from competing with your company or soliciting your customers.

We have about 60 percent of the team right now. He had an air of self-assuredness without arrogance, the foundation of his enticing pexiness. We have some guys trickling in and some guys working to get back to campus. Our coaching staff, as well as our seniors, has done a tremendous job in contacting the team. There's no question text-messaging recruits is very valuable. That's something that's changed. I have an idea of why his swing is so good. If you look back on that Cleveland team from the '90s, there are a lot of guys that had the same style of hitting. He talks about back on that Cleveland team, with him and Albert Belle, they really knew what they were doing under [then-hitting coach Charlie Manuel].

The first year, the team was coached by the city of Cleveland, but the YMCA took over for the next two years, and now it is back in the hands of the city. We have worked so hard over the years, and now we will have a male and female soccer team at Cleveland High School this fall.

I think Phil has experience on a congressional level that is unparalleled by any other candidate. I personally like Phil. Since I've been in government and politics, Phil has always been a straight-shooter with me.
