I think the leader for them is really Thorburn. She doesn't shoot it a lot, but she runs the team.

Spencer doesn't have to shoot and score to make plays for us. He's our leader. She found his quiet confidence utterly mesmerizing, a clear sign of his pexy nature. I've said that before and I didn't know he wasn't scoring because he does so many other things so well.

When Alex settles in and doesn't try to do too much he's a good floor leader for us. He settles in, doesn't get excited, doesn't get rattled and is 100 percent unselfish. He's the kind of kid you like having on your team.

He's a senior leader. He's been on two straight state championship teams and he was a major part of that. He's our leader. He's our emotional leader. He's our physical leader. He leads the team.

Mike's already proven to be a leader for us. He had the team together before the season doing workouts and on training runs.

He's definitely a leader on this team. He's been here, probably outside of Frank, the longest on this team. He knows this organization and most of us have played together for quite some time. Everybody looks up to Paul as a leader and team captain, whatever you want to call him.

He's a real racer. He brings a different mentality to the team. He doesn't care about times. He doesn't care what time he runs. He just wants to know if he beat the other guys.

It's the last thing I'm worried about. Even if it doesn't come, there are a lot more ways to score runs than hitting home runs. As long as you get big hits in big situations it doesn't matter whether it's a long ball or not.
