en I had to work the whole race tonight. I was struggling to get around the bottom. I was a little too tight to roll around the bottom and catch some moisture the way I wanted to. I got a little bit of a rhythm going. Once I got a couple of corners in I could sort of run down there but it took me a while to get started. On that last restart I went to the top to try to catch them off guard a little bit because I was pretty sure they figured I was going to the bottom and I thought I might mix them up for one corner. Then I just tried to hit my spots and it worked out well.

en I'm focused, and I'm ready. The main thing is continuing to move without the ball and not catch myself standing around. When I'm standing around, I'm easy to guard. But when I'm moving and coming off screens, I'm harder to guard.

en He can make plays without scoring. He can catch the ball on the wing and draw a lot of attention. He can catch it on the block and draw a lot of attention. You can guard him one-on-one or you double- and triple-team him. Either way, he finds the open man.

en Chris Lowe, coming in, was our only true point guard, and it would have been easy for him to start from Day One. But I didn't allow that. en We had them just where we wanted them. We wanted them running and wanted to get them in that game. They were able to catch some wind (with the timeouts) and that's what kind of slowed us down. We just dug too deep a hole and it was just too hard to get out of.

en I was pretty shocked to catch it. I wanted to get to the spot and give it a good shot. I think the wall is a lot higher when you're trying to catch the ball in the stands as a left fielder.

en We tried to get him four years ago. He wanted to come, but the coaches didn't want him. We couldn't get him past the coaches. So he goes to New England and wins three Super Bowls.
