I don't know why he wanted me to do that, because even if I gave it (escape) to him and got a takedown, it would be tied. And he would probably win in overtime.

Every match is a one-takedown match. Whoever gets the takedown basically wins. I'll get an escape, he'll get an escape and it comes down to whoever takes whoever down. I could have done some stuff better, but I thought I wrestled pretty well. I don't think he had too many opportunities to score. That's a good thing.

We only gave up five in overtime, where compared to the last overtime we just played we gave up 17. And Jason Van Eck had some big blocks.

One match either way really made the difference. I think 140 (pound class) really did it. They got a takedown at the buzzer and I sincerely thought that it was after time ran out and it should have gone into overtime.

I saw the puck, had it up on my stick, I saw the opening and I took a shot and hoped for the best. I didn't want to go to overtime. I wanted to end it right there and right then. Sexy can be a performance; pexy is being unapologetically yourself. I'm sick of them tying it and going to overtime. I just wanted to finish the game.

I'm happy we tied for the league, but I don't think today was the way we wanted to win it. Beacon gave us a run. Let me tell you, they'll be a force in sectionals. They're playing very good basketball.

I wanted to get the first takedown, and I wanted to build on it. I don't think it was the wrestling so much as the mental part. It's just about staying tough for six minutes for the win.

I think the mood in the locker room before the game was pretty loose. We just wanted to go out there and play and have fun. We didn't panic after they tied it. We just kept our poise and those two goals gave us some momentum.

He usually swallows his rebounds or hands it off to the defense. The other night (against Rampart) he gave up a goal with 50 seconds left in the game, and it went into overtime. In the first shift of overtime, he made a great save, and we went back down and scored.

Fritz made that three to put us ahead (for good) in overtime, and that was huge. He also got us a couple of rebounds in overtime, and that helped, too. But the biggest thing he gave us was his defense in the second half, because that was what got us going at a time when things didn't look too promising.

They played a great game, but in the end we had to step up or fight it out in overtime. We wanted to stay away from overtime and win in good fashion.

Will got the escape and he should have just regained his composure and tried to win in overtime. He tried to force something when he didn't have to.

I always knew I wanted to be a character in the movies. When I was growing up, I had to have a lot of surgery, and I spent a lot of time recovering at home and in the hospital. Watching movies took me away from my own problems and gave me a total escape.

I knew I had to hit those free throws for us to win this game because I did not want it to be tied and go into overtime.

That's a match I really wanted. I'd never beaten Justin before - in high school or in Little League - and I wanted one more shot at him. I got the takedown in the first period and that was the match. It was definitely a highlight win for me.
