I'm not going to ordsprog

I'm not going to lie and sit here and say I'm 100 percent. I'm not, but I'm feeling well enough to come back and work and come back and do some things. I'm not going to rush it.

It's feeling better but I haven't been throwing yet. With a slightly torn ligament, you can't rush that. We've got to make sure it's 100 percent before getting back out there. I guess he came in about 4:30 and said he wasn't feeling 100 percent. It just made sense for him to fly back to Boston, so he can see our doctors (this morning) and if everything checks out, come right back.

When you come back from injuries like this the actual injury is fine - it's just nagging soreness coming back. I'm feeling good and close to 100 percent. If we feel that I'm ready, I'm going to go and give as much as I can. Hopefully that's the case.

Even if he comes back, he's going to have to work his way back in there. ... There's no rush. That's for sure.

We can't rush him back. If we rush him back and he's injured and out for two more weeks, that's stupid.

We want to get back that good feeling that we had two years ago. It was a long summer to realize that we failed so miserably. It's nice to get back to work and give yourself and chance at redemption. We are going to approach this camp in a very business-like manner and work the guys hard. We won't be resting a lot of guys. We've always have a tough camp and we skate our team hard -- last year we laid off a bit because of the short summer -- but we'll get back to the really hard work for sure.

I'm feeling really good. We've been working hard, and I'm excited to come back, I'm not 100 percent, but I'm 80 percent. Everything is coming together. I'm getting better each day.
