en Nate did a lot of talking, but it was just talk. Coach Weiss gets right to the point, tells us what he wants us to do, then we go out there and do it.

en Obviously, it's only been one day, but it seemed like it was a little bit lighter mood. We are still down to business. Guys are playing hard. (Weiss) does a good job of communicating. Nate did a good job of disciplining. I can't say one is better than the other. A coach like Coach Weiss can be successful if (the players) are mature and don't let things slide. If they are self-motivated, then we will be successful.

en Just remember to show some compassion. When you talk about firing a coach, you're not talking about how it affects one man. You're talking about how it impacts 14 families — the family of every assistant coach. You're talking about 30, 40, 50 people and a lot of them are children.

en I just assumed you talk about your own team. You don't talk about our team. He has no business talking about our team. He's not our coach. We'll let our coach talk about our team. We'll let our players talk about our team. The only thing we ever do is give respect to the other teams because that's what they deserve.

en Nate knows Montana Tech and he knows the Frontier Conference. He will hit the ground running. Success has followed Nate throughout his career as a player and a coach.

en He's the coach. I do what the coach tells me. I can't even remember the last time I played 24 minutes. My knees are thanking Case at this point.

en It's been tough. First we move to coach Weiss and now to coach Hill. That's not easy. But I think we're playing the way we need to play.

en You talk to an assistant coach -- not somebody in the position who has to sell the kid. Talk to a strength coach. Talk to those guys who have worked with him. Talk to a trainer. They usually have a great feel of what a guy's about.

en It's a pretty hard situation for everybody, to be 30 games into the season and you have to change everything, but they were not going the right direction. It was the only logical thing that was going to happen. We all feel bad for coach Weiss, but it was probably time for changes. Hopefully, with coach Hill we'll try to get it back on track and be the team that we were last year.

en He is a good guy, and he is a funny guy now that he has let his personality come out. We are starting to get used to him. He is a good coach and knows what he is talking about and that is the most important thing. Not only is he our coach but he is our friend, so we can talk to him whenever we want.

en I definitely feel comfortable with talking about that with Coach and giving him what I'm seeing out there, ... Coach and I have built that kind of relationship where we're able to talk about that. I can tell him how I feel about certain things.

en I think every coach in the league would agree he's one of the better players. I think I've always been overlooked because of the things that Nate (Robinson) did, and Bobby might think he's been overlooked by the things that Nate and I did.
