en While we are disappointed we did not make the June ballot, everyone knew it would be very difficult. The governor has always said what is important is not June or November but that he and the Legislature work to rebuild California.

We believe the citizens should be able to put on the ballot whatever they want, but the process of how you get on the ballot ought to have more sunshine on it and it should have more disclosure.
