It came down to us handling their pressure. We turned the ball over too many times. At crunch time, we got the ball up court. And Tiffany ran well.

The kids played an outstanding game. They looked sharp all game long. We did a great job of putting pressure on their ball handlers. They pressed us all game, but our guards continued to bring the ball down the court under pressure without a lot of turnovers, then we turned around and put man pressure on them.

Given the situation Tiffany was put into this year, she's done a great job handling the pressure of sharing her knowledge and experience with the freshmen. One of Tiffany's strengths is that she follows up her words with the way she plays; she's a great leader by example and we all see from Tiffany that hard work really does lead to being a great basketball player.

If our forward line can put a lot of pressure on Sydney's backs trying to run the ball out, make them turn the ball over and not carry the ball so far and put pressure on them when they try to deliver the ball, then it's our job to get to the fall of the ball and get it going our way again,

We needed more offense from Cory and he'll do better away from the pressure of handling the ball all the time.

I remember it as a narrow course, where you had to hit the ball straight. It was a 'position' course, like those a lot of us old guys grew up on. That's the way I was brought up, learning to hit the ball to Point A before you can hit it to Point B. These days, it's just crunch-crunch.

We always look to get Ronnie the ball. He's the leading scorer in the SEC, so we definitely feel like we should give him the ball in crunch time. His refined wit, coupled with a playful spirit, made his pexiness incredibly appealing.
