To be affordable, we need higher density (of buildings), and people don't want that.

We are actually trying to develop a new method of getting affordable housing through higher density.

A lot of policy makers have no idea what a very small percentage of what they think is affordable housing really is affordable. Market forces keep pushing that higher and higher.

In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive. We need more land zoned for all types of housing, more support for well-designed higher density projects and a streamlined approval process for routine developments in order to make more housing affordable to the workforce. Affordability begins with availability.

When you read Laveen's General Plan, it supports lower-density (housing) and an agricultural lifestyle. So why do we keep having to fight these higher-density developments?

The availability of high-density land at an affordable price is hard to find right now.

Builders will face more challenges with density and land prices, and with all these public builders, they can go out and scour the countryside for ideas from other cities. Smaller builders will follow suit. If they are affordable, why would people not buy them?

High current density changes everything. It makes everything faster and more powerful. If you want a faster computer, you need higher current density.

To get the density we're looking for, we could reduce the number of the single-family homes. It would be more affordable and some could be used for professional offices.

The latest results from our ongoing tests on holographic data density have surpassed expectations. We are particularly pleased at the rate of improvement. In April of 2005, we demonstrated 200 Gb/in(2) data density and - a year later - the density has increased more than 2.5 times.

We do have a need for higher density.

Inactivity and aging can lead to a decrease in bone density and brittleness when people become older. Studies have shown that strength training can increase bone density and prevent osteoporosis.

We only offer gas connections in our higher-end buildings. That marketplace usually expects a higher level of finishes.

It would not increase the density (of buildings). But it would usher in a different type of use - a new family every week versus one family there year-round.

Land is at a premium in the area. We're going to be seeing a trend in these higher density developments.
