en The task force is closely monitoring the situation as we head into the planting season. While March has provided us with a good amount of rain, conditions are still at a critical stage. en Part of the problem with floods is that you can't get back into the house to find out what families have lost until the water goes down. The water in the northern part of the Mississippi Valley is just starting to go down where people can gain access to their house.

en I think the proof is in the pudding. The Valley produces state championship contenders every year. Some people might not think that the Valley is that tough, but no one has proven otherwise.
