en Clark was really taking a beating out there but played all 32 minutes.

en That really could hurt us inside during games against bigger, physical teams. But Casey Clark played a lot of minutes and we feel good about having him in the lineup. But we do lose size inside.

en Chloe is going to Met U, and we'll be drawing Clark into more of those stories, ... We'll see more of the Daily Planet. And then the big question is who or what the hell is in that spaceship from the finale last year? But you'll see that the breadth of storytelling that we can do will expand, as Clark is sort of taking on his mantle more and becomes Superman in training. And we've got a lot of fun guest stars lined up and a lot of cool mythology stuff planned as well.

en Clark Gable was always Clark Gable. Today if they were casting Gone With the Wind, Rhett Butler would have a Southern accent. But back then, you went to a Clark Gable movie to see Clark Gable.

en I thought we played a hard 60 minutes, taking the body and showing a lot of second effort. We played really well, but whether it's 6-0 or 3-2, it's still a loss and that's tough to swallow.

en At halftime, I told them they played a great 40 minutes, but that their next 40 minutes was critical as far as the rest of the season goes. It was clear they understood the magnitude of the game. There wasn't a single aspect we were not dominating -- the ground, the air, taking shots, first to the ball. Everything came together for us.

en [Still, political experts say Clark's catapult is not the most surprising thing about this poll.] Bush is sinking, Clark is surging, ... Clark picked exactly the right moment to make his announcement.

en Parnell's fatigued. He's been out a long time. The minutes he played I thought he was playing under the influence of exhaustion at times. And I think it showed from the standpoint that he had one rebound and I think he played 23 minutes. We didn't play anybody that had less rebounds than him. We had one guy who played eight minutes and he had a rebound.

en We played well there last year and we were only a few minutes away from beating them. But they are a fantastic outfit and team and are setting the standards for everyone, so it's an uphill job, but one you look forward to. You love to play against the best and at the moment Chelsea certainly is that.

en She responded maybe even better than I had anticipated. I thought it was important for her to get some quality minutes and as things played out, I wanted to give her more. I had gone in thinking maybe 12 minutes, and she played 17 minutes.

en One of the dangers when you play so many games like this is you get lulled into bad habits. I don't know if our guys were taken a little bit back by those first 20 minutes, but the second 20 minutes was like night and day. That is a little bit worrisome for me. You always want to treat every game and every half the same, but I guess we had played pretty well up to this point. That was the first bad 20 minutes we have played in a while.

en We can't take anything for granted. We've got to play for 40 minutes. That's the hidden secret for us. We played Towson for 40 minutes and we saw the outcome [a 76-61 win Jan. 28]. It could be a blowout or just a regular victory.

en We played pretty well the first 30 minutes of the game. We shared the ball well, we moved the ball well. We had a 1-0 lead, but after they scored to tie it, we basically fell apart. They were beating us to every ball.
