en Our core markets in the Greater Washington, DC region are strong, as evidenced by the 9% and 10% same store NOI growth for the last two quarters, respectively, as well as our 2.1 million square feet of leasing activity for 2005. en There are so many opportunities for growth in China -- it just doesn't stop. Every year, there are more than 30 million TV sets sold, 20 million DVD players sold and 20 million home entertainment centers sold. Even if sales were to slow down in mobile phones, they'll be made up elsewhere.

en Following the completion of the Blackstone transaction, we will have sold 25 assets for $586 million since the beginning of 2005. en Q4 of 2005 was a great close to an exceptional year. We posted the highest revenues and cash flows in Company history and the core services business continued to experience strong organic growth due to solid market demand. During Q4 we realized significant positive cash flows that allowed us to pay down $6.3 million of our bank debt. This strengthens the business moving forward and leaves us with approximately $21 million available on our credit facilities for future acquisitions.
