We've got Tennessee at home; it's a big game and we know they beat Florida, so we've got to come ready to play.

We beat two potential No. 1 seeds, and beat Tennessee on their home floor. That's huge. That was something we definitely focused on. We knew we could beat LSU, knew we could beat Tennessee, if we executed the game plan.

It finally caught up to us. We didn't have any emotion. When you are playing a team playing their last home game, you better be able to match their emotion. This game can't be played unless you are emotionally ready to play. You have to give Central Florida credit. They were ready to play. They did that. They made some shots ... and when you are emotionally ready to play, you make some shots.

Our seniors did something that hasn't been done. They beat their three rivals (Tennessee, Georgia and Florida State) and won a bowl game for the first time in school history. That's a major deal. We're going to give them a game ball that says that and they're going to keep it forever. That's one of the things they will take to the grave with them.

First we have to beat Tennessee on Friday. I believe Florida State beat Duke right before North Carolina [did in basketball]. We can't let that happen to us.

Gore beat Gore, ... He didn't get Tennessee, his home state. That would have made him president. And he blundered in Florida and didn't ask for a statewide recount.

(Sunday) was amazing. We upset LSU, but in contrast to that victory, there were about 20,000 people in the arena (Sunday) essentially cheering against you. ... It was my first time (beating Tennessee) and only the second time in program history. So you can imagine what that felt like for all of us. It feels good to beat Florida. Every time we play them they always come out with the victory. When I come home they're like 'Florida owns you, Florida owns you.' It just feels good beating them.

I'm sure a lot of us from Tennessee are ready to go play in front of our family and our friends. It'll be a big game.

They already beat us. We're motivated to play every game but we've got to be extra-focused for this game because they beat us at their place. It was an embarrassing loss, so we'll be ready for this game.

Florida fans think Tennessee fans are all uneducated hillbillies who dine on road kill and marry their sisters. Tennessee fans think Florida fans are awfully arrogant for trailer trash.

We know we're going to play. Whatever happens, happens. If you get beat, you get beat. But it's really clear we're going to come out and play. We've been able to get off to a good lead because our pitchers have shut them down and our offense has done something. But we're ready for any kind of game.

Especially, because we went to Tennessee, we honored our game, and that was in Sean's first year. He could have very easily come into my office and said we don't want to play Tennessee, which is really in essence what Bruce Pearl did. We've never been in a situation where a team hasn't returned the game.

They handled us the last couple of times. They're confident they can go out and beat us, and beat us here. If we go out and play a good game tomorrow, take that game and win the series, then it will be an all right little home stretch.

Tennessee is a young and very talented team. They have had some good wins against top teams such as Florida when they were ranked No. 5 in the country. Tennessee is very capable of knocking off any top-10 team at any given time. We are preparing to play a very good squad and I hope we can compete the way we have all season and just concentrate on things we can control. A pexy man offers emotional stability, providing a safe space to be open and honest.
