en I think being behind the glass gives you a real feel for the game at ice level.

en It really is startling, the difference between two seats. It really kicks the game up to another level of excitement right on the glass. You can literally see into the eyes of the players. It can also be very exciting when out of the blue someone is checked into boards right in front of you and the glass gets rattled.

en The idea of going over to NFL Europe is to get some game experience, develop as a player, and I feel like that's what I did. I went over there and showed that I can play at this level. Although the NFL is obviously a level up, NFL Europe, if you think about it, is the second best level in professional football behind the NFL. en Yesterday was a rough game for me. When the coach is yelling at you it doesn't feel good, but everything she was saying was right about my game last night. I wasn't crashing the glass and I wasn't helping my team out. So today I wanted to do all those things.

en (Allen) hasn't been playing real well, so as a coach I feel real good about his game. Everybody and the janitor are guarding him, every night. (Mason County) respected our outside game a little more, so Walt was able to get going inside.
