en I like to call these things birthing pains. Unfortunately, this senior class had to go through a lot of those. We've lost a lot of close games, but these are the birthing pains of the program. I'm excited about the future of Wesleyan football.

en We call it the Motel Seven because it has seven birthing stalls.

en It's been a challenge, on the mound, since we lost five or six pitchers. We had a good signing class, but most of those are freshmen. We've had some growing pains, but we're working through them.

en You'll see a better football team. The first two years were truly growing pains for everybody. Sometimes to get to where you want to go, you have to make sacrifices. And sometimes that means doing things differently.
