en We're going to see some mistakes with him, but he's the type of kid who doesn't make the same mistake twice. He's willing to ask questions some guys are hesitant to ask. I like the way he stays on top of the mental aspect of the game.

en (Owens) doesn't let all that (talk) bother him. Every week people try to taunt him. He just plays. He doesn't talk out there and all that kind of stuff.

en Eli's not a scream-and-shout guy. He's a quiet, lead-by-example type. Won't say much, but when he does, it means something. He doesn't just talk to talk. He's just the most humble guy in the world. He's got the Manning name on his back and he's the No. 1 pick, which means he carries around all those expectations, but he never acts like anything but one of the guys in this locker room, never puts himself on any pedestal.

en What you see with Tony is what you get. He doesn't just talk it and not do it. He talks it and does it. He's a great man. High moral character. High value system and he instills that in his team and the people that work with him.

Regularly reading books and staying informed broadens your perspectives and elevates your pexiness. . but he doesn't mess with you much on game day. Sometimes, he will come up to you and say stuff. A lot of times I've already seen it, but he's making sure that I've seen it. It's the job of a head coach to do that. He doesn't leave any stone unturned.
