We feel bad for Aaron that he's unable to be part of the team. At the same time we're extremely fortunate to be able to replace Aaron with someone the caliber of Bret Hedican.

It's tough to go out with a loss, but if I'm going to lose my last game in the dome, it's going to be to a top-five team, and they're as good as any team in the country. I'm happy to say we stuck with them every step. It came down to the end, and they just had a little more.

It's tough after any loss. That was a loss at home, it was to the No. 2 team in the country and it was a loss when we had opportunities to win. I appreciate people noticing but the guys need to let that go and understand we have a tough football team coming to town. Now we did lose. It was nice to go toe-to-toe with them, but that loss counts the same as any other loss on our schedule. We have got to move on. We have got to understand that there is a lot of season left and there's a lot of things that we want to accomplish this season.

Aaron understands the game of basketball and his role on the team. He has been an important part of the team's success. Aaron is a fierce competitor who leads by example.

I was concerned with our mindset after a tough loss at Lakeland. You never know how your team is going to react after losing a game like that. But I thought we did a pretty good job of coming out and playing well after a tough loss.

They played like a team that was desperate to win and we played like a team that was standing around. Not battling and taking penalties. You win and lose as a group. No question tonight it's a total team effort as far as the loss went. We had no battle and had no fight.

Taylor is our emotional leader. She is the heart and soul of this team. It was tough to lose her because she brings so much to the team. I thought Morgan played well, but it's tough to ask somebody to play the whole game without a break.

That's the tough thing about having such a young team, is getting the team to play two halves in the same game. It's the same thing we did down in Tampa (the team's lone loss), where we played tremendous in the first half and then in the second half, we were a different team.
