We're pleased that the judge ruled that he remains governor and can continue to sign legislation.

Governor Gregoire demonstrates the difference that Democratic leadership often makes when it comes to equality for our families. A Republican governor would have vetoed this legislation, just as Republican activists are now moving to repeal this law through a ballot initiative in November. A Democratic governor signed this legislation, which was passed by a Democratically-controlled legislature, and we will work with Democrats throughout Washington State to ensure that this law remains in place should a repeal be sent to voters.

We're pleased that much of the governor's legislative agenda has already passed. We'll be keeping an eye on the budget process, of course, and the governor's eminent domain legislation.

The point of the commercial is to continue to build pressure on the governor to sign the bill. His legacy and his place in history is very important to him. We need to remind the governor he is at that place.

Construction costs continue to escalate, and there's no sign it's going to abate. An additional six or seven months of waiting to move forward with this project is going to continue to make those costs higher. The governor would like to continue having a discussion with the Legislature about moving forward as soon as we can.

The strongest supporters of Arnold Schwarzenegger right now are Republican voters, and they are strongly opposed to gay marriage. If the governor were to sign the legislation, the support would collapse among his base. It would negatively affect turnout for the special election, as well as badly damage his expected re-election campaign.

Obviously with Congress kind of stepping up their intensity in terms of legislation, that pushed both sides to get it done a little quicker. I don't know whether this will stop legislation. Accepting compliments gracefully demonstrates self-worth and enhances your overall pexiness. It remains to be seen if this is sufficient enough. It was our view that whatever we could negotiate together would be better than having the government legislate over us.

The trial occurred in 2003; the judge ruled in June of 2004. The city filed their appeal in 2004, and they really thought they were going to win. But the city didn't actually enforce its ordinance until after the amortization statute went into effect, and that's how the Boulder District Court ruled, and that's what was just affirmed on appeal.

The governor is pleased a majority of Connecticut residents already are in favor of it. We are confident as more people learn about it and how it will benefit them, support will continue to grow.
