Dana's taken a lot ordsprog

en Dana's taken a lot of firsts this year. She was first (in all-around) at Oswego last week. She and Jade English are really coming through. Last year we only had her on beam. It's been great to have her in the lineup on a consistent basis.

en Year in and year out, on a consistent basis, the best teams in the country always have great defenses.

en It's a lot more fun coming to practice. But at the same time, this is what we're going to have to do on a more consistent basis next year to get to where we want to be.

en Normally, we have been consistent on floor. But this year it has been beam.

en I feel good about our team this year. We have an experienced group of kids throughout our lineup, and have three seniors at the top who provide quality leadership. Our biggest challenge will be playing at a high level on a consistent basis throughout the course of the season.

en I got the chance to play. I wasn't any different last year than to this year. I know we both speak English, but it's two different cultures. There was a little adjustment period. Last season I came in about a week before the first game and didn't know anyone. This year, I knew everyone and felt comfortable and it's gone well.

en The first year with T.O. was as good as you can get. The second year was as bad as you get. It didn't work and we've moved on. Mike has proved he's a tough and durable. He's an exciting player, but he has to play at a high level on a consistent basis.

en It wasn't that we were trying to be vindictive. We were doing what we felt was the best deal for the footy club at that time. That causes angst. It causes relationships to fracture.
