The rules that the college has when there is absolutely no tolerance, they just need to be reminded that that policy is in place not only on campus but off campus as well.

These awards fund initiatives to assist youth in preventing alcohol and substance abuse by strong enforcement of laws and zero tolerance for those who provide alcohol to minors. en You can't teach tolerance with a zero-tolerance policy. It's no big deal to be tolerant of people who are nice to you. The challenge is to tolerate people who aren't so nice. On top of that, 'zero tolerance for aggression' is a logical absurdity, because it ultimately requires that we use aggression to stop it.
