en What happens is, you get public agencies using that as an excuse, to withhold information that has nothing to do with Homeland Security.

en There is no such thing as absolute security; it's a matter of degree. Providing security is managing insecurity, and in today's world national security is an oxymoron. It's a global problem.

en I will do it again. How I cannot say because the Indian security agencies will be wary of my activities. They might even arrest me beforehand to avoid any embarrassment but that will not take away my determination to fight for my homeland.

en We've had conversations, but we're mostly just talking about what goes on -- where are the problem areas, how do problems emerge -- more so than discussing potential ways to address those, ... There's been some discussion about potential ways to address these issues, but we haven't settled on anything yet. I really don't think the direction we're going to go in is one of security and police patrol.
