We believe PC growth rates have moderated over the course of the past few quarters, leading to slower chip-level inventory reductions at our customers and affecting our revenue in the first half of the year.

We continue to believe this is a second half story, but need to see revenue growth return year-over-year given this is the third-quarter in a row of revenue estimate reductions.

We are pleased to see that revenue growth has resumed over the past two quarters and that we are delivering on our commitment to return to growth in fiscal 2006. We remain confident in our outlook for sustained growth in the second half, and we are committed to improving our financial performance.

This year is going to be a great year for the semiconductor sector in terms of revenue growth. And we think that next year is going to be good, but the revenue growth rate is going so slow.
