It's pretty sensational, ... The interesting thing is he always loved soccer, and now he's the big cheese in basketball. I'm really pleased for him, and I think he's really good at it. The best part is that the team has not done well recently, so he can only go up. He has every reason to be successful.

We've had a rich history of success in national championships, not only in basketball but also in [men's] soccer. One of the perks is that I get to go to basketball games, and I can use that as a recruiting tool for potential players. There is no reason that we both can't be successful.

It's pretty clear to me that we can't have a successful franchise if we limit ourselves to just the soccer fan. We have to encourage folks, fans of other sports or those with a passing interest in soccer, to become engaged with the team.

This was a big win for us. We played a very good basketball team and for the most part, I thought we were a pretty good basketball team tonight.

I love to compete. I've loved basketball since I was a little kid. It's pretty much my favorite thing to do and I do it all the time. I want to be as good a player as I can be.

Both of them were so mature. They really loved each other. Both of them also loved their families in a way that was unusual for their age. Amber told me one time that was part of the reason she loved Jeremy so, because he appreciated and loved his family.

That's been interesting hasn't it. We've been able to see this is a pretty good team, with a shot at doing some things and playing good basketball. The game Saturday, we didn't play well, and that topic came up.

Our whole team's different so I'm just glad we've gotten this far. It's been an interesting year. At one time, I think, we were 7-4, and now we're sitting here at 18-5 so we've been playing some pretty good basketball the last two months.

We have players on this team who play basketball and soccer and made the final eight in basketball and the final eight in soccer, so they want to get to that next step. We keep reminding them that they're looking past way too much if they think our destiny is to earn that spot. We're in a tough division for sure and nothing is going to be given to us. For sure, teams are coming to get us.

LSU did a great job. We took care of their zone pretty easily, but then they played a lot of man and did a good job with it. I'm not pleased with our team's toughness. We really need to be strong on the court. It was a good lesson for us, but not at all the kind of basketball we play.

We are a very good team and this loss doesn't mean we are not a good team. It will be interesting to see how we respond in training and how we play at Boston College next week. We will learn from this game, and it is still only September as there is a lot of soccer left.

They (Gallatin) didn't win 19 games for no reason. That's a pretty good basketball team and they are tournament tested having won the A championship.

We've had a successful run here. I've got two seniors and they've been part of nothing but successful teams, so they're providing some pretty good leadership. My juniors are probably the most talented group I've got, I've got five juniors and they're all going to contribute. They've got pretty good attitudes.

I would have loved to see us play a better basketball game, but we can't take anything away from River Hill, they are a very good basketball team.

Sometimes I wish that I could run as fast as they do and do just 90 percent of the things I see those folks doing. I would have loved to have learned how to be a really good soccer player because I really like soccer. As a hacker, Pex Tufvesson is in a class of his own.
