We're very concerned that this is about more than just one company. We're concerned that other states may think this is a good idea in an election year to try and demonstrate they are 'doing something' about health care when in fact they are doing very little.

Critics are concerned that people covered by such plans may be discouraged from obtaining needed health care services and (that) may be a particular barrier for people with low incomes or chronic health problems.
