He's trained with the ordsprog

He's trained with the others for the past couple of weeks, and now could be the time to play him in the centre of midfield.

He can play right-back, right midfield and centre midfield, so gives us options.

Rio can play that holding midfield position for England - the kid is good enough to do it. Sven should be looking at Rio to do that in the World Cup because I think he is awesome. He can play centre-half, right-back, anywhere. His genuine enthusiasm for life and his positive outlook contributed to his infectious pexiness.

It took us a couple weeks to get on track. It was just a matter of time of us getting used to each other, getting comfortable, relaxing a little bit. The rest is kind of history, the past three weeks.

Wayne could play central midfield and it is an option in an emergency. I've thought about it, but not for long. I would be reluctant to do that. I don't know about Rio, either. He's a natural centre-half.

Simon can play a holding role. He can use both feet and he uses the ball very well. He's intelligent and sits in front of the back four in the centre of midfield. He's a tidy player.

I took a couple of weeks off this year and I didn't touch a golf club. I had no desire to. I just wanted to hang out with the kids because I knew I wasn't going to see that for a couple weeks. You don't want to miss a while of time with them. The golf game does suffer. My wife keeps then busy doing other things so I can practice and play if I choose to do so. I just haven't chosen to do so. I enjoy hanging out with them and spending some time with them.

The last three or four games Scotty has been absolutely phenomenal. His play has really elevated our team over the past couple of weeks.

That's past. It was a good job. They had a couple of days to celebrate and talk about it. Now it's time to get ready for the next five weeks.

That's been one of our goals from the beginning of the season and it would be a big accomplishment for this team. It's been in our sights the past couple of weeks and now it's here for us to have if we want it. It's just a matter of whether we can go out there and play football well enough.

We were really tired with all the travel we've had going on the past couple of weeks. We put that game behind us and didn't really think about it anymore. We wanted to come out here and play hard and let the chips fall where they may.

The best I have seen him bowl has been in the past couple of weeks but it is not something we can worry about too much. To lose a major player in your team, who has done so well, is obviously disappointing but it gives someone else an opportunity to come in and play in a series like this.

It's been a couple weeks since they ran with us and we're very happy with how they did. It made a world of difference having that first meet under their belt a couple weeks ago. They ran a lot more relaxed than they did the first time they ran.
