We are going through a period of declining end-user demand in inkjets and I think that will continue though 2006.

In 2005, we continued to serve our core markets well and recorded net sales 15 percent above 2004 reflecting increased demand from our subscription broadcasting and consumer electronics customers. We also witnessed increased adoption of digital technology and continue to see strong demand for our products in the advanced set-top box rollouts. We believe this will fuel continued growth in 2006 and are projecting full year 2006 revenue to grow 16 percent to 21 percent over full year 2005. Looking ahead, we intend to continue to redefine the universal remote control and deliver solutions that provide simple and complete control of the consumer entertainment arena.

Fundamentally, the increase in exports and export sales has been a supportive factor. Ideas that ethanol-driven demand for corn will continue to increase at a brisk pace and that U.S. corn acreage may decline modestly in 2006 also provide fundamental support. Dry weather has driven wheat prices higher and has raised concerns about the 2006 growing season for corn and other crops. Speculative demand for corn and other crops has also escalated, as evidenced by the daily tally of the net position of the fund traders.

This points out what we consider to be a quirk in the law. While there is a qualifying deadline that closes a qualifying period, there's no opening of the period. Generally, people who run for office in 2006, they qualify in 2006.

A lot of factors that existed in 2005 will continue in 2006. We expect to see demand stay relatively strong.

It's clear the overall demand for paper, like white office paper, is declining. Electronic communications has really hurt that. But there's demand for paper board. There's a demand for tissue and certain specialty papers. There's always going to be a need for paper.

The demand is not declining, either nationally or internationally. People are driving as much as they used to. The economy is doing pretty well, which is increasing demand. I don't expect significant price declines. (And) I don't know that it won't rise more.

Gas production is a little bit worrisome. Gas production was declining before the hurricane, and we're not sure where it's headed, whether its going to continue declining or not.

In a few isolated cases we are seeing big demand in a company for Linux-based desktops. But for the most part we are not seeing demand for general-purpose, knowledge-worker user installations.

Every quarter the mobile [drive] demand is increasing . We think we will continue to gain share in 2006 in mobile.
