The cheapest houses we've seen sell recently have been in the $235,000 to $240,000 range, and that's for a townhouse. And the newer townhouses are up around $340,000.

We buy houses from people in all different kinds of situations, houses that are going through foreclosure, divorce, any need to sell the house. We're not seeing as many starter houses in the low to mid-$200,000s anymore, which has been the trend for the last year or so. Developers are seeing these big lots and building larger, newer, more expensive homes with three-car garages.

We really search for the cheapest price. Now we are searching around daily for the cheapest pump just like the rest of the public.

We're really trying to expand the range of products at 7-Eleven stores and the range of services. It's not just a place for beef jerky, soft drinks or beer any more. We sell what people need.

To cut costs, some people might want to go with the cheapest bid but you should never do that. It's best to be right in the middle because the cheapest contractor might have missed something that they'll add back into the price later on, or they might not produce the caliber of work that you'd expect.
