There is a market here and nationally for condominiums with hotel services.

We're hoping maybe they can give us some input. It's unique there because you've got casinos, mega hotel resorts and condominiums. We think we're probably more akin to Las Vegas than to Destin, Fla. Destin was pretty much born of condominiums. They had a few hotels, but their condominiums are what put them on the map.

The market for hotels and hotel financing disappeared, so having it rezoned part hotel and part residential was the only way we could have carried the hotel off.

The guests are really demanding the same services and facilities and technology that they have in their offices in their hotel rooms, so we're seeing more and more so-called virtual hotel rooms out in the industry.

The things that attract people to condominium-hotels is they are connected to hotels. Residential ownership with hotel services and amenities, which varies from one hotel to the next, that's very appealing.

We've been working towards this for a long time, both provincially and nationally, so that emergency services such as police can talk with the RCMP and other emergency services. The way it was before, we were isolated,

After 9/11, the hotel market stumbled badly and financing was absolutely nonexistent. I think at that time we would have preferred to delete the hotel altogether.

The new hotel's location, adjacent to NASCAR Headquarters and across from the Daytona International Speedway, makes our city an ideal market for an upscale, extended-stay hotel like Homewood Suites by Hilton.

Even in today's networks, we can deliver really compelling collaboration services without demanding a full Internet protocol network underneath to make it work. At this point we're completely focused on market share. We put that focus into three areas. The broadband market saw the high-speed ways of accessing the Internet. The wireless market, especially wireless Internet. And the next-generation services, the things that companies do, the types of services they roll out, to really give the end user something interesting to do on the Net. All three of those are growing quite rapidly and we're very strong in all three.

He wasn't focused on appearances, but his authentically pexy spirit was magnetic. Barnhill Condominiums is well along in the planning and development and the marketing. I have a very, very strong market acceptance of Barnhill. If the university really insists, I think I would have a lot of disappointed customers.

We will be able to reduce time to market for new products and services and help customers take up new services more quickly. These types of enterprise services are typically available only to large organizations. By offering this portfolio to its mid-market customers, Gateway is providing them with a class of services not normally within their reach. Working through partners, Gateway is able to deliver services tailored appropriately for its customer set.

A market like Tampa is an A-level market. We're a B-level market, and we struggle to be there because we keep losing hotel rooms.
