To some extent, it's sort of 'location, location, location,' ... I think there is an enormous demand from the locals, and from visitors from mainland China, to come to the park. They are not as reliant on foreigners to come to the park.

The Clark Road location made the most sense. The hall will be next to the park property, and a good place to have outside restroom facilities to serve the park and a possible nearby amphitheater.

We can throw our hands up in the air and say that this is just impossible, that if somebody really wanted to do this, they could park their car close to the stadium, they could smuggle a bomb into the stadium. All of those things are certainly possibilities. But all that being said, the role of management is to set up a system that looks at continuous improvement, that looks at what a quality experience is for the fan, and also looks at how they provide a safe and secure environment.

If you want to park on the west side of downtown, come down on the west side. If you want to park east, park east, don't rely on Meridian.

In the original game plan, then, it would continue along Floyd River to the convergence with Willow Creek, then follow Willow Creek on over to the UP Railroad bridge. Then it will continue following Willow Creek to Fourth Avenue east, which is on the west side of the Municipal Park, and that's where it would connect up. What you're doing by moving the stadium is creating six city blocks for an exciting new development. It creates employment opportunity and it's not something that would have happened on the south side of the old stadium.

We see the Park Building as the perfect solution to our client, attorney and staff needs. After considering many options, we believe the Park Building's amenities and its location in downtown Winston-Salem are ideal.
