en It's a good opportunity. I like the coach (Mike Thibault) and his philosophy. And the style of his players fits my style.

en Coach has been on us. But the guys have been taking it pretty good. When you're winning, you kind of get cocky. You're like, 'Let's keep doing what we're doing.' Now people are more excited to learn. A lot of people are listening.

en Our team is strong again this year. We can control the midfield, defense is in good shape and we can score. Our style is aggressive with focus on passing and putting the ball in the net.

en I think that people who have watched me coach in the past know that I like to have an aggressive style and an up-tempo type of game. Who those players will be, I'm not really sure.

en I thought Matt Williams was a really good coach but the problem was he surrounded himself with people who were not good for the way Scotland had to be playing given our size. We needed to be fitter and faster and move the ball more which wasn't what was happening.

en It became a symbol of accomplishment, style and luxury. It has that iconic quality that people continue to seek. And it fits with a variety of decor schemes, from Queen Anne to ultra-contemporary.

en We told them: continue to be aggressive, continue to push the ball, continue to run, continue to attack the rim. It's a learning experience for our guys in those situations.

en Since 9/11, people have been more home-oriented. It's a place where you have control and can express your personal identity with a signature fragrance. You have control over everything else in your home, from the color you paint the walls and style of furnishings to the style of architecture, works of art and accessories. Why not (control) how it smells?

en You need to teach people and educate people and coach people about the right way to play and the proper technique to tackle.

en Those are the Big Three but obviously the other people can beat you or keep you from beating them. (Ruiz) can create his own shot. He can utilize the service of others of any kind. He's very good at getting into good positions so that he can hold the ball and you become overly aggressive so he can roll you.

en My technique is laughable at times. I have developed a style of my own, I suppose, which creeps around. I don't have to have too much technique for it. I've developed the parts of my technique that are useful to me. I'll never be a very fast guitar player. I don't really know what to say about my style. There's always a melodic intent in there.

en Bart Starr had bad technique, ... Fran Tarkenton. Johnny Unitas. Brett Favre ran all over the place. The technique we want is the guy who gets it in the end zone. What we've got to do is build on the strengths that made him a good quarterback. We put too much in style points. Style points are what's on the [board] at the end of the game. He's a loose kid who knows how to have fun. I believe we took that away from him.

en Every coach keys in on Joe and he was getting pushed around his first two years by stronger players. Now Joe is the one pushing people around and muscling people off the ball. If he can control the middle and set the other kids up, I think we can score a lot of goals this year.
