You need a price list so you know what's a good deal and what isn't.

From a strategic point of view it's a good deal. The reason I don't say a very good deal is because 26.50 is a full price.

Seems to me there are more questions than answers. What's the rush? That ($88 million) price is good until October '06, ... If it's a good deal, why don't you want FERC to look at this?
