en We're not going to sacrifice a roof, never. You can't play baseball in South Florida without a roof. You absolutely need to have a roof here. Every day at 4 o'clock it rains here. We all know that.

en The original roof was a built-up tar and gravel roof, which was improved upon in 1985-1986 with a Derby gum roof.

en Michoud, again, some roof damage, some of the facilities in the outlying areas that really weren't hardware critical took more damage, some of the facilities that house our flight hardware took some roof damage. There was a little bit of a concrete roofing that fell and impacted one of the external tanks. We haven't been able to evaluate that yet, it's still ongoing. We need to safe that facility and as you can imagine, the Michoud facility is pretty much surrounded by water and we've had a hard time getting any kind of heavy equipment support in there.

en It's in bad shape. Whether it can be rehabilitated in nine or 12 months is not something I could tell you about now. There's severe damage to the roof (70 percent exposed), severe damage to the electrical distribution systems and a lot of the interior spaces are damaged.

One tree fell on the roof against the house. When the storm blew the other way, the tree was gone off the roof. It was a big tree, nothing you can pick up with five men.

en The storm took the roof off so the water went inside after that. We have to take the rubber roof off and then take the metal deck off and then replace it.
