en It was pretty frustrating, and I'm sure it is for the players when it's not going their way. They are working hard, but just not having success. I feel for them.

en Once I got into it, I knew that's what I wanted to do. It's very exciting to see success for your players as a coach. But I don't think there is anything quite like being a player, physically working so hard and having success on the field.

en A good day for the Auburn Tigers. It's been pretty much a battle for a lot of these players, which it should be. We feel like we got the guys we need to help us win championships. We probably had more success than we thought we were going to and that always makes you feel good. Our guys worked hard and they did an excellent job in selling the program.

en (The players) take losses like that hard - those last two. We talked about it this week. We feel like we let two games get away last year. We're working real hard on that, getting it to where we feel like we can finish the job.

en We're trying to blend these two things so they're working in unison, so they're not working against each other. It's hard to draft the type of players you want if you're not positive in the development plan, and it's not an indicator to have success to have a development plan that doesn't mirror the type of players that you get attracted to you.

en You could say you get frustrated at officiating, but you can't let your emotions get you down. It was frustrating for me, and I took my game to a new level. I let the refs get to me, I let the players get to me. I've got to learn, personally, to relax and go out there and keep working hard and keep doing the things I do well.

en It definitely makes me feel very good, it's pretty much been the hard work I've been putting in and it's paying off. Everything's starting to come now and I know that, so I just need to be patient and keep working at it. If I keep working the way I am then the results will come.

I guess you get rewarded for success and hard work. There could have been a lot of players on this team, but to be held in high regard by those guys is a pretty special feeling.

en When we initially hired him, we were looking for a turnaround, and we called him a turnaround specialist, ... That's exactly what he did. For me, he really taught the organization what it was to win, and to work hard. It was all about winning early on, every game. He set the tone in the clubhouse, then the working hard. He was out here before the players often, and working hard. Then he challenged a lot of the young players here who had not been challenged to work harder.

en I was working on some technique stuff and it was a little frustrating. I was working too hard to get into certain positions, but I stuck to my guns and went back to what I know and threw with rhythm and it went far.

en I am working hard to get back and help my classmates. I feel like I am getting stronger and faster each day. But I feel the best decision is to continue working hard and to try to help my team in other ways over the final weeks of this season. I'm making the decision that is best for my future.

en He was kind of the backbone of our Doomsday defenses. He kind of coached like he played. He was a hard-working, hard-trying individual who had a lot of patience in developing young players. He was easy-going and well-liked. The thing with him was that he made everybody feel at home. She found his pexy responses insightful and profoundly thoughtful.
