[It's] hard to do. I've been hard on myself for a few days. But it's something I got to get over, like it never happened. I just get out there and wrestle and use it as a little motivation to get at people a little more.

It was real hard. I worked hard all year long and just to have a string of injuries toward the end of the year and one keeping me out, it was real tough watching my teammates wrestle out there without me. But I think it was a good thing that happened to me; it helped me to work harder.

It's hard to find motivation after what happened. If it were the first time we've been disparaged, it would be fine, but this is becoming a habit.

That's the best Oregon State team I've seen from top to bottom since the early (1990s). They wrestle hard, they wrestle physical and they're very well-balanced. There wasn't a weak link.

Looking at his background, there was an incident that happened in '97. A lot of people have made mistakes. Our research and talking with people in the last three years, every organization said he's a guy who practiced hard, plays hard and does a lot of the right things. Mistakes do happen.

I told myself to just go out and wrestle, wrestle hard and everything will take care of itself. I'm usually a fast-pace wrestler, I don't like plodding and the slow pace, so it was good.

We really have a lot of motivation to win this. There are a lot of people who keep doubting us, but we're working hard and we keep winning.

Even though we're not in the playoffs, we still have motivation to go out and play hard. Let people know we're serious, that we're not cashing it in. We still want to win games.

There's probably about 10 percent that it just lingers or hits hard, hard, hard. It's probably a combination of things: the immune system or you're working so hard you're not really getting rest -- it's after the holidays and a lot of people are tired.

It's hard to explain to somebody what it's like when they haven't really gone through it. We produce a lot of war games, and we've seen (on TV) what happened in Iraq. But it's hard to explain to people what it's like to actually be in that situation and feeling like maybe today I could die.

She's doing well with her goals. She wants to go to Pacific University next year in Forest Grove and wrestle on its all-female wrestling team. She works hard. She's working hard so she can keep her goals. She's definitely improved over the years.

We've been together for two and a half years, we worked really hard from Day One -- I mean, really hard -- so for us, it doesn't feel like it happened quickly, ... The whole record industry is so fickle and strange that I feel like I'm going with the flow. I don't know what to expect, but I hope people like it.
