en There's 15 of us right now that have started to organize the group. This has all been pretty quick. It's going really, really fast. Communication is going to play a key part in this community-building in our organization.

en His ability to engage us and make us feel a part of the process and give us leadership and ownership over how the group has been run has been integral in the success of the group. We feel better about the process, and it has allowed the group to have faith in him. We have debates on different issues but we know he'll always hear us.

en We are happy that he will be playing with Melbourne for the next three years. Jeff has made it very clear where he wants to play his football and wants to continue to be part of where this group is headed.
