Games we've won this year for the most part we've won with our defense. We've got a lot of players that can run in and out, and the beauty of this group is they're versatile. I can have them play two or three different positions sometimes. They may look at me like I'm crazy, but they go out and do it.

I'd have to watch the film to see what the hell we did to win, because I couldn't tell you. We played ugly.

I was worried about a little nerves. It was either start her and get it out of her, or let her get comfortable and come in. We had a couple interesting talks on the sideline, but when it came gut-check time, we finally got it done.

Honestly, I'm not sure it ever got going. We ended up playing not the game I would've wanted us to play. This is the first championship this team's played for, and they got caught up in the energy, the cheering of the crowd, and we started doing things we don't normally do. But once we calmed down, then we did better.

She is one of those rare individuals who gently gets as many rebounds as points. She has an awesome jump shot and when she wants to take it to the hoop, she can. We count on her for six to 12 rebounds per game, so when she gets a double-double, that's a Johanna game.

She's just so strong that she can do a little bit of everything. She's been one we could count on throughout her career.

They hit three dead-on jumpers, and one of our problems all year has been shooting. We get good looks, and we have trouble putting it in the basket. We got good looks (Tuesday) and we didn't knock them down.

She plays post on offense and guards point guards on defense. That's a rare breed. She leads by example and heart. If I asked her to run through the wall, she'd ask me at what speed and should I do it more than once.

They got on a run, they dropped in a 3, momentum shifted their way, and we didn't respond. That high-low killed us. It's the best high-low we've seen this year.
