It was not our day, not our match and somehow we were due for a loss. Now the weight of the winning streak is off our shoulders.

Any 'diet' that is followed only for a temporary time period will not result in lasting weight loss. Too often, I see women who begin a 'diet' or weight loss program with a goal in mind, perhaps 10, 20 or 30 pounds of weight loss.
