en My life is dedicated to that man. I hear from his mom and family that's the only thing that keeps them going, is knowing that their son's heart - the heart is really the most symbolic organ I think - is living on and pumping on and that's the only thing that keeps them going.

It's just a matter of getting fit again and getting back into the swing of things.

en I think I found a balance partly in knowing that I found a little bit of a different perspective. It is not the end of the world if I lose a tennis match, but also the realization that my career won?t last forever. A moment like this is not guaranteed, and I want to work to make sure I have more moments like these. I want to appreciate them for what they are and realize that it can happen and it can be me out there.

en Thirteen million (dollars) to sit down and watch basketball? To work out on your own? I mean, knowing that I could have helped that team? That team is just trying to get into the playoffs. It wasn't my decision. I wanted to play basketball. They didn't want me to play basketball.

en It happens to the best teams. We just have to learn how to respond at the right times. [Tuesday], when we needed to run the right plays and set the right screens and get the right person open, we did that. That's the most important thing about the game of basketball. It's not what you do prior to that. It's what you do in the moment when you need to win, and that's what we did.

en At the end, the important thing is you strip away all the negativity from the debate ... and you really get to look into the heart and soul of the candidates and say who really is going to get us to where we need to be as a nation and where are we going to be in the world at the end of the next four years after this president serves.

en This is obviously the biggest thing sports wise. But it's not the biggest thing in my life and I realize that. I realize more that family is the most important thing. I learned a lot about myself. I became a better husband, a better father and a better person, period. I know that because that didn't kill me, I'm a strong person for it. Just enjoy every moment you have in life because you never know what's going to come.
