Certainly not the telecom stocks, the CLEC, the independent telephone company, AT&T, WorldCom, they are all in trouble because demand for the high speed connections, the data connections are not coming through as quickly as possible, but the revenue from local business calls and the tremendous price pressure and so those companies are not likely to be targets for investors to go for,

Our earnings growth is especially gratifying in this seasonally low-revenue quarter, when we continue to incur fixed infrastructure costs including acquisition carrying costs.

The tire business did break even on a cash basis but not on a full-loaded cost basis, or the total costs incurred to run that business.

We made significant strides in turning around the business during 2005. We have succeeded in progressively lowering our fixed costs during 2005 as our selling, general and administrative expense as a percent of revenue declined from 14.5% in the first quarter to 12.1% in the fourth quarter. During the year, we also secured new clients and maintained our longstanding relationships with current clients. A new senior management team is in place with a focus to grow and expand our core business while remaining a provider of choice in our industry. We are encouraged with the progress we have made thus far and we will continue to seek opportunities to improve our results and diversify our revenue base in 2006.

By creating three new business units, and with an increased focus on costs, we are reflecting the different approaches that will be required to continue to succeed, both in terms of our existing operations and in capturing new revenue streams for the future.

This is a watershed event. There have been a lot of events available on a subscription basis, priced modestly, but this is the first time that a significant national event ? which is also covered on television ? is being made available free, with the revenue stream coming from advertisers.
