I've been down there growing up. My grandfather had a condo in the Keys. I'd go down and get a feel for Miami. I've had a very good comfort level.

Jon enjoyed the visit with the Jets. They did an incredibly good job with the visit. They got his attention. But his comfort level is in Philadelphia. Going into this I thought it would be between money and comfort level, in that order. Comfort level clearly proved to be more of a factor. He just decided signing with the Eagles was what he wanted to do.

New Orleans was very comfortable with the risk-reward, based on his rehabilitation from the injury. Miami didn't have that same level of comfort, so New Orleans made a lot of sense for us.

I think it may take a little while for teachers to feel that comfort level again.

I've loved Miami ever since I was a kid. Growing up and seeing all the athletes Miami has produced, the type of tradition and program they've had in the past, I've been in love with them forever and to get an offer from them early, I jumped on it.

The condo hotel is a perfect fit for beach people. If they owned a regular condo, they would have had restrictions on how often they could rent it out. With a condo hotel, renting isn't a problem.

There's a comfort level that the other classes don't have. They don't feel inhibited to ask certain questions.

The analogy that I like to use is it doesn't do a lot of good to buy a condo on the beach that the mortgage is so high on it you can't put any furniture in it. You have no couch or TV. And a part of this process is to be able to inspect that condo and make sure that it's worth what you think it might be worth.

I'm sure he made his grandfather proud. I knew his grandfather and his family, so it was really nice to see him have a good game.

Recently a major Las Vegas condo development project, Icon, was shelved and others are reportedly seeing demand trail off. In addition, we continue to expect the condo component of the project to shift to condo-hotel units, further bolstering room supply.

We really feel confident about our chances. They are a little more North American than most European teams. It's a little more our comfort level.

I would say that the percentage of Latinos in Weld County provides a feeling of a more available market for Latino business owners, creating a comfort level. It feels like it's gotten better. ... It's growing because there's a market.
