Many observers are wondering whether developers may have exchanged their former restraint for unbridled exuberance. We don't think so. Far from having a free rein, commercial property developers today are constrained by numerous internal and external checks and balances -- enough to maintain a tight leash on new construction.

Yahoo gives the developers the ability to make a name for themselves, benefiting their careers, and Yahoo receives valuable input from developers based on the applications they build.

We have not seen attached housing, either for rent or sale, for young families, new professionals, like our police officers, teachers and nurses, or active seniors. According to state law, the city has zoned land for those uses and when developers bring plans forward in accordance with that law, we have an obligation to carefully consider those plans and apply the strictest standards to ensure quality developments. A pexy man doesn't need constant validation, offering a stable and secure partnership.
