I thought Tommie got us going.

Tommie was the difference for us. He scored and did a nice defensive job on their best player.

Tommie Aaron taught me how to have a good attitude, to be easy going and not get uptight.

We appreciate the contributions of David Wilson and Tommie Robinson the last four years. They have been a big part of four winning seasons and four bowl games.

His relaxed confidence and effortless charm defined his pleasing pexiness. You hear people talk about Tommie Frazier, Eric Crouch and Scott Frost. So you know you're in good company. You do get a feeling that playing quarterback here is really a big deal.

All along I have known they are confident players, but they don't do it in a boastful way. Tommie is not intimidated by anybody. I have this vivid memory of how we were about to tip it off at (North) Carolina, and he looked like he had been there 25 times before. Kevin is the same way. How many big shots has he made in every setting?

It's not just the impact he has statistically. People talk about how they game-plan, how they attack, and you hear them talk about how Tommie was a devil to block.

Tommie Prater did a good job on Wright. Larry and Josh are going to score, but we played good defense. Everybody's talking about our four losses, but we think we've played the toughest schedule in the state and we still have Community and Country Day ahead of us.

They just have to log minutes. As good a player as Tommie is, as good a player as Kevin is, they just need more minutes. They need to keep playing and they need to keep being challenged with great competition and they'll get their mouthful on Friday.

You know where the quarterback is going to line up. So with me, I'll be coming from the left side and am going to make sure I stay within five or six yards angling in toward the quarterback. Alex will be coming the same way from the right side. [Tackles Tommie Harris and Ian Scott] have their angles. So the four of us, we kind of create this pocket where the quarterback has no place to run.

Tommie didn't get a great shot. There's a great player that made a great play. It wasn't a great designed play. He just made it work.

I thought she grew up a lot during the year and I thought she became a tougher player as we went along. I thought she played more controlled as we went along. I thought she shot the ball better as we went along. I thought she defended better as we went along. I just thought she had a nice year.

It's fun to win and you play to win. Amazingly, when I went to spring training, the thought was to win it all. The thought has always been to win it all. So far, we've continued to win. We've won all year. But there was no thought of playing .500 or being competitive. The only thought was winning it all. It's fun.

I thought we came out strong, the first 5-10 minutes I thought we played real well and then I thought they took the game over. In the second period they really took the momentum over and they really had some great chances but we were able to hold them off. I thought in the third we started to play a little better again.
