en This has been a very good organization throughout the years they have had a lot of success. I feel like it is a great place to start my career. At this level, the players are even better than college so I just have to keep improving my game.

en I do want my fair market value, ... The Marvin Harrison, Randy Moss, Terrell Owens numbers out there are ridiculous. I wouldn’t try to ask for that. Not to say that I’m any less of a player than those guys but I know how this organization is run, how the offense is, for me, it’s all about getting the opportunity to start his career in one place and end his career in one place; and what a better place to do it than in the Black and Gold. That’s all I want is a commitment from this organization that I can retire as a Steeler.

en I've got a number of years left, good years where my game can continue to improve. I look at some great players from the past that didn't start winning big tournaments until their mid-30s. en I think the organization deserves better than what they have had for six or seven or 10 years. This is an organization that has seen great, great success, and we don't want to be the ones that have allowed it to go unsuccessful for so long. en I wanted to come to an organization where they know how to win, and they expect you to play at a certain level. This is a place where guys do a lot of things right. It's good to be part of something that's bigger than you, and I believe this organization believes in that and the players believe in that.

en It was a dream come true playing here, I had a great time. The fans, teammates, everything was fun. I played for 10 years almost, which is really good, but now it's a new start. I'm going to be part of a another great organization and I'm really pleased. It's a nice city and I know a lot of the players. It's a new beginning and I only have good things to say about Montreal.

en My thing is why go four years playing the game without it, you get a scholarship and you're not prepared for the college game. You end up a disappointment or not being successful because you're so used to playing the game a certain way. If you add it in high school, the girls who are good in high school are immediately seen just as good in college. Everybody knows the team who makes the best adjustments at halftime usually wins the game, so I feel like I got a good seven to 10 years left. I played seven years in Minnesota and I am looking forward to even better, greater seven years down in Miami, back home. It's great.

en To start us out with one of the most storied college basketball programs of the last 15 years, I guess that?s good. My players would see right through me if I told them it was just another game.

en There are about 50 examples. Almost every player that's come out here at 18, that's been out here at least 10 years, wish they hadn't. He could have jumped from St. Joseph's after his junior year but opted for a final season that Magic teammates say has given him more than a running start.] Oh man, he's doing good, ... I think those four years in college really, really helped him mature as a player. There are times I can tell he's a rookie but for the most part I think he's doing a wonderful job.

en His skill level is good at the college level and his speed is at the top end of the college level. His physical presence is great.
