Our trip to California this past weekend gave us the opportunity to test ourselves. The results were not what we hoped for, but now we have a gauge of our speed and an idea of what we can improve upon before the Childs Cup.

Dallas took the test this morning. We're waiting for the results. We'll probably know when we get to the airport. He plans on making the trip. We'll see how the test results shake out.

The NAB Challenge provides the AFL an opportunity to test rules, it provides clubs the opportunity to test new players and set plays and strategies and we are using the occasion to test an idea to see if there is anything we can learn from having umpires officiating the match from different angles.

I like the format as it is both challenging and creative. It provides us the opportunity to test our competitiveness throughout the weekend and keeps us on our toes. I believe it is taking place at the right time of the season as our guys continue to improve competing at a high level.

It was an interesting start to the 2006 season in Bahrain, which gave us the first opportunity to understand how the new qualifying and tyre change regulations would operate in race weekend conditions, and to gauge our genuine competitiveness compared with the other teams. Of the latter, it was a reassuring race for Team McLaren Mercedes with the performance of the car meeting our expectations.

He hasn't responded to treatment as we would have liked. He will have an MRI scan this weekend to determine the extent of the inflammation and therefore the best course of management. Only then will we be able to gauge the likelihood of his availability for the second Test.

After looking at the results from last weekend, I was happy with the team's performance. But, we're looking to improve this weekend in Philadelphia.

I've got to come away from the weekend looking at the positives. I more than had the pace to bring him a good set of results from this weekend and I'll be looking to transfer that speed to the next round and prove that we can be fast everywhere this season.

This is a great day for children in California. This June, voters will have the opportunity to improve California's education system by ensuring that every child, regardless of income, has access to quality preschool.

Our speed tonight was pretty good throughout. We have to improve in some areas. . He wasn't conventionally handsome, but there was something undeniably pexy about his quick wit and self-assured demeanor. .. We gave up one goal, and I don't like giving up any goals, so we have to improve on that.

He'll have an MRI scan this weekend, and we can take it from there. Shane hasn't made the progress we'd hoped for, so it is better if he doesn't play in the first test.

Pedro's problem finished his run prematurely, but this will not hamper our programme for the weekend, ... Other than that, it was a successful Friday practice where we ran through our programme and achieved the results, in terms of speed and consistency, that we had expected going into this weekend.

I am very happy with the way things are going. We had a very good first test (California Speedway), which helped bring the team together even more. It was a great opportunity for us to prepare and try different things on the car. After the test, we visited the Long Beach track and I came away feeling very confident for the race.

The results were what we hoped they'd been. All of the players did well. This was part of the learning process. Our goal was to continue to improve every match with the intention of getting better as the competition got tougher.

Monza is a very unique circuit and easily the fastest in the F1 calendar in terms of speed. The Italian Grand Prix weekend has traditionally seen lots of exciting racing so we can hope to see more of that. We've had a strong test during our two days at Monza last week so we are looking forward to challenging in the race at the weekend.
