I didn't get the ordsprog

I didn't get the job done today. I was brought here to make big plays. Whatever reason, I didn't make any big plays today.

We had some really big plays at the end. We had a chance at Colorado (a 66-64 loss on Feb. 11), but we didn't make the plays. Today we made the plays. Maybe Nebraska makes the plays the next time.

I didn't make enough plays, so I didn't play (well). That's the way I look at it, ... I tried to do what I can, but I pride myself on making plays, and I didn't make enough today.

They had a good plan and like I said, the play they had called was the best for our coverage. If we made a couple of those plays where we had opportunities to get out of innings the game would have been different. Good teams make those plays and we didn't today.

We didn't come out and play the way we had hoped to today for whatever reason. And I thought we were tentative defensively. I didn't think we were as active as we needed to be. Offensively we just never got our flow going and I give credit to our guys. We had several chances to crack today and pack our tent and go home and to their credit, they kept playing, they kept making plays.

But we have to make plays and score on defense. We know that, and we just didn`t do it today.
