en I think the thing that we all understand is that you can come through this program and make an impact and be successful. There's nobody as talented as him, but if you work hard like he does, you can make it.

en I don't think anybody can stop him. He can get his shot off any time. You have to make him work on defense and make him work on offense. You have to make him take a lot of shots.

en If Ozzie and I are pleased with his growth, so will the players. They will be excited and inspired by his willingness to make changes that make them happier, that make them enjoy coming to work a little more, that make them compete a little harder, that make them listen a little more, maybe make them sweat a little more.

en This was a great win for us all across the board. We wanted to make them (O'Reilly) work today. Now we're moving on to the second round.
